Im with Company A ( I have I140 with A) and H1 validity until Sept 2020. I did my H1 transfer with company B in premium and joining next week, I got RFE on Apr 23, Company B not yet responded to RFE. Worst case if my H1 transfer is denied can I go back to company A and work until next year as per my current visa validity? My I94 is expired on DHS website as I didnt travelled out of US in last 3 years. Can you please assist on my query. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach Posted May 3, 2019 Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 I guess until Company A did not revoke your H1B and did not inform USCIS that you no longer work there you can go back and work. This is just my opinion but not an expert legal advise... Link to comment
