H1B Stamping in Calgary, Canada

I'm going for my first time h1b visa stamping in Canada at the end of April. If any one has recent experience with the Calgary consulate, could you please share to me get better prepared?

Do not worry if you donot see any recent experience. People are going and getting it stamped. Its only that they are not at all posting their experience. They post only if they get 221G.

My visa got approved today and officer told me that i'll get my passport in 5 to 7 business days.

Hi, i'm planning to go to canada for my first stamping too. But my company's immigration department told me that I might be asked to go my home country (from canada) as this is my first time getting an h1b stamped. could you please share your experience and also what questions or documents did they ask for?
