Hari0861 Posted April 9, 2019 Report Posted April 9, 2019 Hi Experts, My H1B LCA Prevailing Wage is having 77K and my Green Card EB3 is in process Prevailing Wage is having 86K. Now my Perm is certified on 4/8/2019. What employers need to pay to employee?(As per H1b LCA (or) as per GC PERM) When on wards employer will pay GC Prevailing Wage to employee? Could you please let me know if any body faced like this similar situation.
rohit369 Posted April 20, 2019 Report Posted April 20, 2019 Pay as per the LCA. GC is future employment. You will pay that when you get your GC provided you ask for it. The one on PERM is just to say that they will employ you and the wage for this position is as mentioned in the PERM. But after you get your GC, there is no set rule that they have to pay you that money. You will have to negotiate your pay then.
