Hi Everyone, Please answer. Does Job Title on offer letter matter for H1B transfer?

I have given an offer letter from Company X with Job Title 'Manufacturing Engineer' but the work is related to IT. I have done my engineering in IT and my experience is in the same field. I asked them to change the job title to 'IT Engineer' but they are saying they will handle the case. What are the chances of H1B transfer ?

They will handle the case. If it is good reputed company they will handle along with immigration attorneys. I sense no issues here....

Regarding chances no one can assure you on it. Be positive. If you have good profile you will get it....
