christopher121 Posted March 26, 2019 Report Posted March 26, 2019 My H1 Visa going to end in a week(March 29,2019), my employer is filling an LCA for an in-house project(Previous LCA was for a different location and different Client but through same employer ) but they don't have enough time for filing LCA and then Extension. He is saying that he is going to file LCA on March 27. can he do that and file extension and amendment ?

xTDx Posted March 26, 2019 Report Posted March 26, 2019 Earlier USCIS would have issued an RFE for missing LCA. Now they may find the h1b application frivolous and deny it without RFE.
