MDK Posted March 22, 2019 Report Posted March 22, 2019 My Employer applied for Change of address & extension to my existing H1B in November 2018 in California Service Centre. They received a RFE at the end of January 2019. But there is no update in the USCIS site when I see the case status in USCIS till now, it still says the case has received in November. Is there any delays in updating the case status in USCIS site these days?

Provence Posted March 23, 2019 Report Posted March 23, 2019 USCIS online updates are notoriously unreliable. Check with your employer/attorney; it is their job to deal with USCIS, not yours.
xTDx Posted March 24, 2019 Report Posted March 24, 2019 USCIS online tools are not top of the line. They are often incorrect and not updated for various reasons. You should adhere to official mail from USCIS and take online tools with a grain of salt.
