AReP Posted March 20, 2019 Report Share Posted March 20, 2019 Hi, I applied for COS from H4 to F1 in 2015 , worked two semester on CPT and applied for OPT. After my OPT with STEM extension expired I enrolled for second masters with CPT. I am planning to go for stamping this year in my third semester. What are my chances of visas getting denied or should I go for H4? Please advice and also I am planning to go for PhD after second masters. Link to comment
JoeF Posted March 21, 2019 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 What you did is abuse of CPT. It is unlikely that you would get a visa. And getting a PhD is also pretty much out of the question since no real university accepts credits from fraud universities. Link to comment
