Should I reapply H4 EAD for my spouse if I transfer my H1B to a new employer

I am moving to a new employer should I reapply H4 EAD for my spouse if my H1b is transffered to a new employer. 

H4 EAD is currently valid until 2021. 

I know we have to apply for H4 but not sure if I need to reapply H4 EAD too.
