L1B (3 years) + H1B (3 Years) combined stay of 6 years am i CAP exempt after 365 days cooling period?

Hello,

I have spent 3 years in L1B, Afterwards i went thru H1 CAP and converted to H1B. Spent another 3 years in US on H1B, I have returned home, spent 365 days cooling period. Question is am i H1B CAP exempt for another 3 years? Or should i go thru the CAP process again?

You have to go thru CAP.
