H1B transfer and Extension.

Hi,

 

I am presently on H1B  with employer A .My current  H1B visa is ending on 10th oct 2019.

I am taking a new job with employer B. Can they file transfer and extension together ??

If they can file, Will i be able to stay beyond 10th oct  if the transfer+extension is pending with USCIS.

The new employer will file for the transfer. If they apply now, the new petition will be valid from the day it will be approved. It won't be from 10/10.
