Alex Ken Posted March 12, 2019 Report Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hi Company A revoked my H1B , Company B filed for H1B transfer got an RFE, can I still transfer to Company C when I got an RFE with Company B? Will my status be valid if Company B revoked my petition after I join Company C on receipt ? Link to comment
