H4 dependents entering US with 2 months visa validity

Hi,

My dependents came to US in 2017 and stayed for 1 year then they left US.

Again they're planning to travel by may end or 1st week of June 2019 but they have valid h4 visa till 10th of August 2019. 

Is that advisable to travel with 60 days visa validity or they will face any serious issue in POE.

By the time they travel, my employer will file my extension. Can i initiate h4 extension along with h1 extension before they present here ? If not, do i need to wait for my result before initiating their extension or can i file as soon as they arrive ?

You can not file H4 extension if H4 is not present in USA. 

She can travel with two months Visa validity and once she is in the USA you can file extension.
