Erasa Posted March 5, 2019 Report Posted March 5, 2019 Hi, PERM was filed on Nov1st week waiting for the approval.Assumption is PERM would be approved in few days and file I-140 in PP. Can I travel to India for 2-3 weeks now to recapture few days on visa extension.Current petition expires on April 15th. I need to get the visa stamping, if I apply for visa stamping will it be approved as the petition expires in 15-20 days. Please help on this.

You should get visa stamped, but might get some questions from VO regarding such short time frame.
