Do we need name change on educational certificates (H4 EAD)

Hi,

I am on H1 visa, my wife is on H4 visa. She has H4 approved EAD also. We have changed her last name after marriage. She has all her immigration records with her new last name including new Passport, Visa, H4 EAD, Driving Licence..etc. But Her first passport was on her maiden name. In every immigration related documents, we mention her maiden name also (as her other name). So I have a question related to here educational certificates. Do we need to change her last name on all her educational certificates. is that mandatory to work in USA? Please clarify. thanks
