EFFECT ON 2016 DECEMBER -PASS OUT STUDENTS FROM NPU ( LOST ACCREDITATION) - But now the University is valid till 2021.

Hi my name is Venkat ,graduated in 2016 December from Npu in Masters in CS. My H1B got approved in master's cap in 2017 and I have been working on it now.  As everyone aware my university lost Accreditation and regained its status and again and valid till 2022(correct me if I am wrong), I would like to know if there is any effect for the pass out students for future h1 extensions with 140 approval in masters Quota or what happens to new 140 applications?

 

FYI. My H1B approved in Nov 2017 and valid till 2020, with valid visa stamping.

They are still very shady. They could only continue because the current government reinstated the shady accreditor that had accredited them.

Your case would likely get a lot of scrutiny.
