H1B Work Location

I am filing a petition for H1-B this year. My work location permanently is my home location in a different state. I live in Boston and my office address is in Atlanta. 

Can I put my apartment address as a primary location in my H1-B petition? Or do I have to register for one of those local virtual offices like Regus and then use their address, which is coming out to be very costly.

Yes, your attorney have to clearly mention in petition that you tele-commute from your home but you work for xyz at location. Talk to your attorney.

No you're not, your employer is filing a petition. Agree with the post above.

Why you will be filing H1B... you employer together with an immigration attorney will do.. 02112018 is correct...
