I joined for my second masters and did day 1 CPT for 4-5 months. I got married so was planning to move to H4. I have my stamping this week. Would it be problem that I am enrolled as a student and going for a dependent visa H4 stamping ? Thank you
pontevecchio Posted February 26, 2019 Report Posted February 26, 2019 H4 is dual intent and hence the F1 is immaterial. The CPT may come up.
