Wife's H4 visa and H4-EAD renewal

I recently got a job offer and my future employer is ready to file my H1B transfer and as well as my wife's H4 visa renewal under the regular processing. Now I just learned this morning that my wife's passport and I-94 are expiring in February 2020. While it is almost a year away I have the following questions:

1. Will my wife be able to get a 3 year extension on her H4 Visa given her passport/I-94 expiration date being February 2020?
2. Will my wife be able to get a 3 year extension on her H4-EAD given her passport/I-94 expiration date being February 2020?
3. Can the H4-EAD extension be filed concurrently along with the H1 and H4 applications or do we have to wait until the approvals of H1-B and H4 applications?

I just want to make sure that my wife's H4 visa expiration dates are in sync with my H1B expiration dates.

1. She is getting a 3 year extension of H4 status and not a 3 year extension of her visa. Yes.

2. The EAD expires with the H4 status.

3. I believe you can file all 3 with PP of your H1 and not regular processing though you can ask the company lawyer.
