H1b Transfer during H1b Extension

Hi Team,

I am currently working with Employer A and my H1b Extension is in progress and my I-94 is expired.

I would like to transfer my H1b to Employer B, I still have couple of years of validity out of 6 years of H1b Duration.

Is it possible to transfer my H1b to Employer B while it is pending with Extension with Employer A?

If you can throw a light on my question helps a lot for me.

Unless the extension with A is approved, you can only have B file and get a H1 petition approved and then leave and return with the visa.
