maverick_99 Posted February 19, 2019 Report Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hi experts, i have a situation where my wife had to leave the country due to approaching max out .. she was on h1b and now has an approved i140. She came back to USA on h4 and i am planning to do a h4 ead based on my approved i140 .. her employer will also file h1b extension for her .. my question is .. if she gets h4 ead can her employer file h1b extension in parallel and if h1b application gets approved she can exit the country, get h1b stamped and enter on h1b visa ???
