RoadBlock1202 Posted February 19, 2019 Report Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hi, I am on OPT Stem right now and work as a contractor for a consultant. My Consultant will be filing my H1 this year. But, my consultant told me that after filing H1 I cannot travel to my home country unless it gets approved. I don't know about the process for this. Can someone please guide me whether I can travel during that period or no? Thanks Link to comment
