H1B transfer and extension after I140 by new employer

Hi Team,

I am working for company A which processed my I140 petition and got approved in Dec 2018. Now, In Feb 2019 i got an offer from Company B, which says that they will transfer H1B. 

So, now what if my employer (company A) files for extension based on I140, and at same time if new employer (company B) also files the H1B transfer and extension based on my I140, will there be any legal risks?

Kindly let me know some inputs on this point.
