doodle2 Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 Hello, I recently changed roles from Systems Engineer to Management role and I have my I140 approved for Systems Engineer. Currently my cpmpany is amending my H1 to reflect new role. I would like to know if new PERM application for Green card should be filed If I have to go for my Visa stamping will I get any questions on different roles listed on H1 and I140 Thanks in Advance Link to comment
