H1 B transfer issue

Hi ,

My husband is working for an IT company A and has is H1b visa valid for the next 2 years.Now he is looking for a job change and has got an offer from a company B.

Now the problem is company B is asking for experience letter from Company A as my Husband has his Bachelors in Mechanical engineering,company A has stopped providing experience letter so there is no way to get a experience letter from them..now company B says that we have to take a chance as the visa transfer is mostly going to get rejected. And once my husband leaves the current employer(i.e A) his visa will.be revoked within a month. End result he will have no job.

Kindly suggest what to do in this case. Any alternative?

He can wait till PP starts and then apply transfer in PP and only joined Emp B if transfer is approved.
