H1B extension withdrawn from Employer After travelling back to Home Country

My H1B visa was valid from 25th June 2017 to 25th Aug 2018. I traveled to USA on 22nd Oct 2017 and my employed applied for H1B visa extension on 25th Aug 2018 as it was expiring and I was still in USA at that point of time. After that I traveled back to India on 28th Oct 2018 and I did see that my H1B visa extension was under RFE and now I see as that petition being withdrawn from my employer. 

Now, I have below questions. Please clarify them:

1. Whether this would be problem for me as an individual in future as my visa expired on 25^th Aug 2018 and I stayed in USA till 27^th Oct 2018. Now, when extension which was filed from 25^th Aug 2018 is withdrawn, whether my stay from 25^th Aug 2018 to 27^th Oct 2018 will be considered as legal or illegal.

2. Can the file can be re-opened or other employed can apply for the transfer of H1B visa.
