I am in Company A 1)My H1B transfer is already filed in Regular to the new employer B and is currently in process 2)My current employer A wants to file extension as my visa will expire in June 2019. Question:Can i file extension of my current visa with my existing employer A while my H1B transfer is still pending? does "last action rule " apply? H1B extension is my backup in case H1B transfer gets denied. PLEASE ADVISE. any responses are very much appreciated! Link to comment
