mannVik Posted November 27, 2018 Report Share Posted November 27, 2018 Hello, I was admitted to US as a student in 2017. I had a criminal charge recently but it has got dropped. But with reference to the criminal charge, they filed an immigration charge too which is still in court. The thing is my University has terminated my SEVIS without any proper investigation or even waiting for the immigration charge to be either dropped or me getting deported. Now am out on a bond but the university says they couldn't reinstate my SEVIS. Please help me how to solve this. Link to comment
