Amy72
Hi, I'm on H-1B and currently working for Employer A. My I-140 approved last year in Dec2017. I'm in 6th year of H-1B. I have received an offer with good pay from Employer B and H1 transfer is approved until 2021 1. New Employer B stopped GC processing so they will not file GC for me. Can i extend my H-1B after 2021 using I-140 approved from previous employer A? 2. After joining New Employer B can i do another H1 transfer to employer C and and further extensions using I-140 approved from previous employer A? Please guide and thanks in advance. Link to comment
