Giga5 Posted October 26, 2018 Report Share Posted October 26, 2018 Hello I am on L1B and Husband is currently on L2 with EAD. He will move to H1B in a few weeks. He still holds a L2EAD Card which is valid upto Oct 2020.How can he move back to L2 EAD from H1B? Can he go to India and enter USA and enter on L2? In such a case, will his EAD still be valid or he has to apply for a new one? Link to comment
