Jzz Posted October 5, 2018 Report Share Posted October 5, 2018 I recently moved from company A to company B . I had an approved I140 from company A which I used to get my H1 transfer to company B . Company B has agreed to do Gc labor process all over . But in the event they don’t do it before next renewal,can I get my next H1 extension based on i140 from company A . Please note I have moved to a higher designation in company B. Link to comment
