Approved I140 with PD as current date

I got approved I140 in 2008, my employer filed for me under EB2. I was on L1 visa. At present am in India.  And working with other company.

On USCIS when I check status with approved I140 receipt number it shows "Case Was Approved" On June 9, 2008, we approved your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number...

I got the copy of I140 approval. When contacted employer contact person, from lawyer got the information that, this case was terminated at NVC as company didn't go forward with permanent residency process.

Please let me know what options are there? can I use this approved I140?

It would seem the company revoked the I-140. You can use the PD of that I-140 for a subsequent filing by any company.
