baidurja
I have an approved EB2-NIW I140 with a priority date of 3/2016. I have a EB1B with I140 approved and pending AOS with priority date 5/2017 (concurrent filing). The latest visa bulletin sets the final action date for EB1 India as 6/2016. Can I use my EB2-NIW priority date for my EB1B AOS application? In other words, can I raise a service request for I485 interview based on my EB2-NIW priority date? Thanks. Link to comment
satya2k1
You should get advise from attorney on this.. because EB2 -NIW is a self petition..where as EB1B is based one employment. Two different things. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes. You can. I suggest that you let a lawyer do the paperwork and claim the EB2 PD towards the EB1 petition approval. In fact I would hurry this along and be very proactive in the matter. Time is of the essence. Link to comment

Hi.. I am in the same boat. My NIW priority date is june 2016 and my EB1B priority date is June 2018. The November 2018 bulletin says priority date for EB1 is currently Oct 2017. Can you kindly explain what is the paperwork involved for the lawyer to get this done? I could not find information on the USCIS website about this.. Link to comment
