H4 to F1 day 1 CPT for first time masters

Hi,

Im on H4 status and planning to study at a university after changing the status to F1. This will be my first masters. This university provides day 1 CPT and will I be eligible for day 1 CPT after I get F1 visa.

No real university does CPT from day one.

An F1 is for studying. Find a real university and concentrate on the studies.

if your intention is to work on CPT, I suggest to go for H4-EAD instead of CPT. 

usuallly, colleges dictate eligibility for CPT.   CPT should be an integral part of your course curriculum.

CPT on day 1= Call Potential Trouble.

Nowadays not just potential trouble. Nowadays CPT on day 1 is sure trouble. It is fraud, plain and simple.
