Below are my details Employer A Year Entered - 2007 Priority Date - Sep 2012 I-140 Cleared I got a full time opportunity with Employer B. It doesn't have any emplyoee-vendor relationship. I will working in their projects directly. My Questions 1) When should I change my H1B / Employer ? - After successful approval of H1B in Employer B ? 2) To start the GC process with Employer B, do I have to wait for 1 year. ~ 1 year closely for Ad, PERM application and I-140. 3) Can Employer B start the Ad, Perm process and then can I transfer my H1B to them ? 4) Can Employer B start the PERM process, even before I start employment with them ? Under Trump's new rule, I am little bit worried, if I mess up something, I will lose my Priority Date. Please, advise, if my there are any safe routes. Thanks, Link to comment
