TSK-1 Posted May 9, 2018 Report Share Posted May 9, 2018 Hello Folks, Can someone help. i have ported from EB3 to EB2, now i have both EB3 and EB2 I140 are open. If my dates comes early in EB3 can i file 485 using the EB3 days or need to wait until EB2 dates current. Link to comment
