Police verification for kid travelling after 6 months to USA

Hi,

My son was a US born citizen and he is 2.5 years old. 7 months ago he came to India through tourist visa. As its been more than 6 months, we would like to know if there are any formalities like police certificate of conduct / verification to be produced to the Immigration officer at the Indian Airport. 

Please help ASAP.

Could some one please help us on this. We are not getting any help from CKGS/ India Embassy and we are planning to travel by next week.

You can only find out from Indian sources as to what the child needs or does not need in terms of an exit visa from the FRRO. As a child the procedure may be just a matter of paying a fine or not even that. It is a matter for Indian Immigration Law and I suspect very few here will know.
