jrm555
Hi! I am applying for visitor visa for a relative of mine. He was falsely accused in a bribe case and the case is still on-going (may take years to get done). He has been going to every trial dates without missing any to prove his innocence. In fact, the court release his passport to apply for visitor visa to come to US. He is planning to come to US for his daughters graduation. I am filling the DS-160 and I am saying Yes in the convicted section but I do not know what to write in the description and what he should say in the embassy. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
