shanti023213
Hi , I am on H1b visa .My I140 is approved 6 months back through EmpA. I am planning to change to EmpB. I completed 5 years in USA and I have one more year of approved petition. Can i move to EmpB right away or do i need an extension on my I140. Because once I move to EmpB i will only have 10 -12 months maxout. Can EmpB file an extension on my previous I140? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Based on your approved I-140 , any employer can file a H1 petition for you for extensions beyond the initial total of 6. Quote Link to comment
