Correctknowledge
Hi. I am looking to file GC for my parents, but do not have my birth certificate. At the time of my GC, I had obtained Non availability certificate and affidavits from my parents. Will those be sufficient to file I-130 application? What other documents should I look to send with my sponsoring application? Thank you for your help. Best regards Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The affidavits should be good enough. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
They may give you the option of DNA testing as they did for my Mom's GC filing. Quote Link to comment
