suresh7745 Posted February 14, 2018 Report Share Posted February 14, 2018 i am currently working on my h1b valid till 09/2020. i have a green card in progress via my employer. i also recently got married to us citizen and applied for adjustment of status. i got my ead and then temporary greencard after interview. do i maintain my h1b untill i get my conditional status of greencard removed (2 year wait time) or is my h1b invalid already because of my temporary green card? pontevecchio Posted February 14, 2018 Report Share Posted February 14, 2018 The H1 is irrelevant to you and so is the employer based GC. You have a GC and have to apply to remove conditions before the 2 years are over. Look the specifics up. Link to comment
