Losing job while GC pending

Job ending 3/31 - L1-A with GC priority date 6/16, I-140 approved but I-485 pending but filed concurrently, L1-A extension filed but not approved yet (expired 1/1).  EAD good until 10/29/18.  Wife and daughter working on L2

It looks like my job might end 3/31 and I don't have a new job lined up.  With my GC pending and visa extension in progress I'm not sure what my options are.

How long can I stay in the US while I look for a job?

Can my GC app be ported to a new employer if my visa extension is in progress under AC21?  I have more than 180 days on my I-485

You would be better served by making an urgent appointment with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice to go over the situation. After all much is at stake. Based on AOS pending more than 6 months, a similar job is the ticket.
