H1 Admin Process, After a week PP returned with No Stamp

I gave my interview on Dec 28th 9:30 Slot

 

VO took my passport, client letter and Xerox of i797 and gave me a white slip with case number.

She says your case need additional verification and you can track your case with this case number and for further questions email to XXX email which has mentioned in white slip.

After a week on 5th Jan I got email from "ustraveldoc" and says your docs are collected from US Embassy/Consulate and your passport is ready to pick. But there is no visa stamp on it.

But my case status shows "Administrative Processing"

Confused is my visa rejected or still going through AP.
