But I have already found an Indian girl here ready to be married. Question1# how to inform to USCIS to revoke my wife H4visa status. Question2# we are separated now, through Attorney, can we file any kind of notarized documents , stating that she cant come back to USA question3# Do i have authority to revoke her H!4 visa and marry an another girl here. pontevecchio Posted January 5, 2018 Report Share Posted January 5, 2018 She is not in H4 status as she is not here. In any case this question is moot unless you are actually divorced. You have no say in her future travel plans NO. Once divorced you are of course free to remarry. Link to comment
JoeF Posted January 5, 2018 Report Share Posted January 5, 2018 Her H4 becomes invalid automatically once you are divorced. You can not do anything to the H4, because it isn't your visa. And of course, you can only marry somebody else once the divorce is final. Link to comment
