H4 Visa travel

Hi,

My current H1 is valid till 2018 August (same for my wife's H4 visa) Recently I changed from my employer A to Employer B, my H1 transfer is in progress . My wife is planning to go india by jan 2018 and will be returning by feb 2018 (one month vacation) . It will cause any issue on her return to USA? as my H1 transfer is in progress . 

Note:- Only my wife travels , I will be here in USA.

She will need the H1 petition approval from B to return. If necessary, have them convert to PP.
