gangulyh1 Posted June 9, 2011 Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 Hi, My H1B extension got approved for the period Dec 2010 to July 2013 but I have lost the H1B approval document (I-797 A ) & the I-94 attached to it .I do have the xerox of the same. My question is : I am planning to visit India so is that ok if a submit the xerox of my lost I-94 at the ticket counter or I have to apply for a duplicate I-94 ? I am thinking it should work as when I will return back to USA they will be giving me a new I-94 card at the port of entry. Plzzz Help !! Link to comment
