KSQL Posted November 7, 2017 Report Posted November 7, 2017 Hello All, Can you please clarify whether i140 cannot be revoked by employer after 180 days from approval date. so is it 180 working days ? or just 180 days which includes Saturday and Sunday ?
KSQL Posted November 18, 2017 Author Report Posted November 18, 2017 hello All Is 180 working days or just 180 days ??
vinodhts Posted November 28, 2017 Report Posted November 28, 2017 Use to 180 days not 180 working days
pontevecchio Posted November 29, 2017 Report Posted November 29, 2017 You do know the employer can revoke it though H1 extensions are still allowed based on the 180 day rule.
sum_it_jec Posted January 30, 2018 Report Posted January 30, 2018 I have i-140 approved in 2011 and i got couple of extension based on approved i-140 and now i am changing my employer A who filled this i-140. I just did H1 transfer with new employer B and got 1 year extension.. my prev employer A is going to withdraw my approved i-140. 1. Can i extend my H1-B based with new employer B in future on I-140 which is going to withdraw by prev employer A ? 2. lets say my priority date become current in couple of years . and i join prev employer A again. Can i file i-485 based on prev approved i-140 which i got from this employer A earlier ? 3. Is it really required to join prev employer to file i-485 if priority date is current. if new employer didnt file new labour yet ? or is there any other way ? please let me know . Thanks, sum
