H4 -> F1 & F1 -> H4

Hi,

1. My wife is planning to do Masters in USA. Right now she is on H4 visa can you please give me the procedure for converting from H4 visa to F1 visa.

2. I am on H1b and recently my company is planning to process my GC. If my I140 gets approved would it be easy to convert my wife from F1 visa to H4 EAD visa so that she can continue working.

Please help me. Thanks.
