Green Card through Marriage

I am an Indian Citizen  on H1b in the US who just got married to an Australian Citizen with a US Green Card. If I apply for GC through Spouse would my petition come under India limit or under the Australia limit. Thanks in advance for your replies...

That's in Family category 2A, spouses of Permanent Residents, and it would fall under your country of birth.

It doesn't matter, though, because the dates for India and Rest of World are the same in F2A.

F2A has the same PD for all countries and hence there is no difference.
