Narayan Palla Posted October 23, 2017 Report Posted October 23, 2017 I have filled i140 under EB1A category while I was on J1 Visa. Due to personal reasons I have moved to India and working here. But I have H4 Visa as my wife working over in USA. Meanwhile my i140 got approved. Can I file i485 being on H4 status? It is current but is there any minimum period within which I should file for i485? Thank you in advance for your inputs.
