directory0818 Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 since rfe response is already sent, expect h1b approval in 2-3 weeks. Then you can apply h4. Btw, any one can travel any time on tourist visa.

For h4 visa should I get any document from my company that I'll be on leave during the period of travel.or any other documents required from my office? Is it possible for me to travel on tourist visa and then change it to h4,since h1b is currently invalid?
